*Opening dates above apply to returning NCMC students. First-time freshmen and new transfer students may begin enrolling on April 16 for summer and fall terms.

All students enrolled before the payment deadline must make payment or have sufficient financial aid awarded to cover costs by the payment deadline shown above. Payment may be made online, in person, by application of financial aid award, or by check, cash or money order. Those who enroll on or after the payment deadline must be prepared to:

  • Pay the balance in full by credit card online when enrolling online.
  • Come to campus to make payment, in person, immediately after enrolling.

Pay online (in the myFINANCES section of myCOMPASS), pay a Cashier in the ASC, or call the Student Accounts Office at extension 1411.

IMPORTANT! Billing Information:
Classes may be added or dropped from your schedule through myCOMPASS during the Add/Drop period (ends with closing date above). If you do not plan to attend, you must drop your classes to ensure a 100% refund of tuition & fees. To drop or make changes, click on the Register tab and follow on-screen instructions.

Students are expected to attend/participate in all classes. If you fail to attend/participate in a class during the first ten calendar days of a full-semester or 8 week session, the class will be dropped from your schedule & you will be charged a $50 fee for each “No-Show” course. Any classes left on your schedule will be charged at the full tuition rate. (NOTE: Students who fail to attend/participate in 4 week sessions during the first six calendar days of the session will be dropped from class with a $50 fee assessed).

Check your pirate email account regularly before the term begins for billing and scheduling information.

Statements will be printed and mailed on April 30th for Summer 2018 and July 13th for Fall 2018. Paper statements will not be mailed to students enrolling after those dates. Statements will be updated weekly and available to view and print from the myFINANCES section of myCOMPASS, your student online portal. Billing reminders will be emailed to your NCMC pirate email account. Please note that if your bill needs to be shared with a family member for payment, it will be your responsibility to do so and to assure that payment deadlines are met.
